Shipment Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after the package has been scanned by the carrier.

  • We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order enters fulfillment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Photos of the damaged item(s), if applicable
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label
