Refund policy

At Lovamira, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Be returned in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, makeup, perfume, odors, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that fail to meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Lingerie & Underwear
  • Earrings
  • Swimwear with the hygiene seal removed
  • Bodysuits
  • Shapewear
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance / Final Sale items
  • Products damaged through improper use, washing, or normal wear

Return Request Process

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Support Team.

  • Your Order Number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Once your request has been approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake (such as an incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lovamira cannot be responsible for return packages lost during transit.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

After verification, we'll arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.


Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Return Address

Please do not send returned merchandise to the business address listed on our website.

Our Customer Support Team will provide the correct return warehouse address after your return request has been approved.
